Upon paying the consultation fee, you will instantly be paired with a custom jewelry expert who will work with you to design your custom piece. Once the specifications have been finalized, the jewelry expert will offer a quotation for the completed piece and coordinate the payment of the deposit and final pricing.
There are NO returns/exchanges no 6 ICE's customized jewelry. All Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece in the event that you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be voided immediately in the event that user damage is detected (ie: water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.). Once the 30-day guarantee has expired, a $299 USD Repair Fee will be charged for all future repairable product issues.

Keep in mind that thicker chains (such as 19mm) fits tighter on the neck, so make sure to size up to achieve the look you need.
