To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
The return must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.
The item must be returned with all original packaging.
If the order included free gifts, they must also be returned to process a refund.
Products that are altered or damaged—including scuffs, smudges, scratches, or any odour (cologne/perfume)—do not qualify and will be returned to you at your expense.
Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item within the return window for a different size or style, you may return the item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

Customers who opted out are responsible for the cost of return shipping and should purchase their return label through our customer portal.
Once a return is approved, customers have 5 business days to ship the item back. Returns postmarked after the 5-day window will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
