After you place your order, we will get ready and ship your package in 48 hours. You'll receive tracking information via SMS text and/or e-mail. All shipments are insured.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for the production of your custom orders. Your custom pendants need time to craft and test; you'll see it's worth waiting for when you receive it. We will send you an email as soon as production is completed.

After the production, we will ship it with the shipping option you chose at the checkout.
